Let our wedding coordinator assist you in planning and creating this special occasion to make it an out of the ordinary “Big Day”.

Your wedding coordinator  will assist you with your arrangements such as:

• Menu selection
• Table arrangement
• Flower arrangement
• Video/Photographers
• Musicians
• D.J’s
• Transportation

Hiring of the venue includes:

• Licensed restaurant with seating for up to a maximum of 100 people
• Five chalets (2 x Two bedroom and 3 x One bedroom) with acccommodation for up to a maximum of 19 persons
• Use of other facilities at the Lodge, e.g swimming pool
• Breakfast and game drive for all staying over guests
• Spitbraai facilities
• Cleaning staff, two barmen, two waitresses
• Cutlery,glasses and placemats
• Honeymoon Suite at the Diaz Beach Hotel

Excluded from venue hire:

• Decorations, table decorations, special napkins and flowers 
• Champagne R65.00 per bottle per table (6 guests per table) and sherry table set for guests on arrival R5.00 per person extra.  No other own liquor is allowed on the premises. 

Bar Service:

A full lisenced bar service is available with a wide range of wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks.

Please note!  Bar facilities will close at 24:00. Should bar facilities be required after midnight a fee of R300 per hour or part thereoff will be applicable and will be charged to the bar account.

Venue prices:

Weekend special:

Should the venue be hired for both Friday and Saturday a discount rate of R20 000 for both nights will be applicable. (From Friday 14:00 till Sunday 10:00)

Payment Conditions       

• 100% of the venue hire amount is payable to confirm the booking date  and proof of payment must be fax to +27 (0) 44 8710685.
• Extra’s must be confirmed with booking.
• Number of guests must be confirmed 3 weeks prior to wedding date.
• 100% of the function amount is payable 2 weeks prior to the date.
• Bar account payable after funstion if not cash bar.

Conditions:

Nyaru Game Lodge CC reserves the right to alter, change or cancel any booking arrangements should the above payment conditions not be met or any disputes arise regarding the function. No refunds will be made due to the cancellation of the function or  wedding for circumstances beyond our control. No paper confetti is allowed at the reserve, only fresh flowers, petals or potpourri .

Damage:

The client will be held responsible for any damage caused to buildings or surroundings areas before, during or after the function and will be billed accordingly. Due to the Lodge being situated in the middle of a game reserve no confetti other than flower petals or potpourri is allowed.

Indemnity:

Nyaru Game Lodge or its employees shall not be held liable for any loss or damage, of property or injury of guests due to negligence or any other cause whatsoever, nor shall we be held responsible for any interruption of services beyond our control such as electricity or water supply.
